Complaints

Anchor 1

In the case of a complaint by a member:

  • An email address or contact form immediately forwarding correspondence to all organising members/convenors should be made available on the website

  • It is the organisers’ responsibility to ensure that these contacts are kept updated, in order to avoid the mistaken transmission of a complaint to a member who should not be receiving it

  • To allow for the event that an organiser/convenor is the subject of the complaint, all organising members/convenors’ email addresses must be made clearly and accurately available to PWA members, so they may be contacted separately

  • Complaints submitted to the organising group must receive a response in writing within 5 working days, co-signed by at least three members

  • Complaints submitted to all members of the organising group, except members who are a subject of the complaint, are subject to the same requirements

  • The process to make a complaint, and how it will be reviewed, will be made publicly visible on the PWA website

Changes to this document must be approved by a supermajority of organisers. Then carried by a majority of responding members after every member has been contacted and given one week to vote.

Make a complaint

This form will send your complaint to all of the members of the organising committee. If you wish to send your complaint to just one member of the organising committee, then see below.

just one

Due to spammers we wish to avoid publishing our committee members' email addresses on this site. If you want to contact just one member of the committee please send a blank email to pwa.complaint.contacts@gmail.com. You will receive an automated email with the addresses of individual committee members. You can then send your complaint to whichever member(s) you like.
